How long will this take?

This depends on which package you select and our availability at the time of booking. Process can take anywhere from 4-13 weeks depending on the package selected.

What is your design policy?

You are entitled to three design drafts. This includes two opportunities for revisions after the initial design is sent. After the third draft, a revision fee will apply per revision. (Revision fees may vary based on your selected project)

Ive booked my branding, what's next?

  • Upon completing your purchase, an automatic confirmation email containing an order number will be sent to you.
  • Within 1-3 business days of booking, our team will reach out via email to request all necessary information to initiate your project. Please make sure to monitor your emails our emails may end up in your junk mail be sure to check there too. Additionally, you will receive a contract to sign outlining the terms already specified on the website.
